Just wanted to remind everyone that during the holiday season safety is a must. Not only are there more people coming in and out of the house but foods and decorations that are new. Please be aware where your dog is when the door is opened and closed. This would be devastating if the dog got out and it was minutes or hours before they were missed. Some foods that are dropped the dogs doesn’t need to eat or sometimes kids might just feed them the foods unknowing that it is harmful. Some family members might wrap up chocolate for the kids. We may not smell it but for sure the dog’s nose will. With these little dogs sometimes, adults might step on them or kids might even fall on them. Also, be aware of the electrical cords, tinsel on trees, ornaments, and strings could all cause injury. Just a few things to think about to keep our fur babies safe. Everyone have a safe and happy holiday season.
